How To Get Mtn Transfer Code Or Pin

To be able to transfer Airtime from your Mobile phone to another mobile line of the same network operator say Mtn, you have to first of all get that particular network's transfer code for your mobile line. Now am going to be showing you how to get that of mtn, in the near future I will be posting on how to get that of glo, zain

There are two ways you can get this, one of the ways is by doing it on your phone USSD(by dialing on the phone screen), also by sending the request through Message. you are going to learn both steps here on this post.

Method 1

On your Phone USSD after switching on your phone

Type or Dial

*601*0000*7678*7678# 

Where

0000   Default Code(which you must change) o old pin

7678      New Pin(desirable pin)

7678    New Pin Confirmation(desirable pin)

Method 2

Navigate to your phone create new message area, create a message that looks like this containing all the detail to use and setup your new pin.

0000 7678 7678    (make sure you leave space on typing the numbers)

and send it to  

"777"

Where  

0000   Default Code(which you must change)

7678      New Pin(desirable pin)

7678    New Pin Confirmation(desirable pin)

After any of the above methods, you will receive message telling you that your pin has been changed and if the pin is not valid you will receive the message also, then choose another.
