How To Revoke Twitter Apps

Revoking twitter app is a way to deny access of some application or website that has direct access to your twitter account. When you started using those applications, you first of all authorized it after logging in to your twitter account. If you have an application or website you do use or you had authorized, you now realize you don't need this app anymore, then you need to revoke its access to your account just like you will do when you want to unauthorized Facebook apps.

Log in to twitter.com using your account detailsgo to your profile wall and click on the "Edit Your Profile" button at the to right hand corner of the page.
When this page eventually opens, from the list of setting options at the left hand side bar of the profile settings page click on the Apps option.

The apps option will open with all the applications that you have authorized to use your twitter account such as twitter applications for twitting to your twitter wall when you are on mobile.
Now all you need do is, look for the application  you want to deny access of using your twitter account and click on the "revoke access" button attached to it

 Now if the revoke was successful, you will not be able to use that application with your twitter account again unless your authorize it i.e regaining access to your twitter account.
